It will soon become law, having passed a final vote in the House of Representatives, but its policies related to gambling taxes are causing consternation among the casino industry.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>he has already heard from some of his high-volume clients that they will take their gambling offshore<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Derek Stevens, the owner of The D, Golden Gate, Circa, and Circa Sports, shared his concerns with <em>KTNV Las Vegas<\/em>. He told the news source the bill could cause casino companies to take their business offshore to avoid taxes. He said he has already heard from some of his high-volume clients that they will take their gambling offshore.<\/p>\n<p>The Big, Beautiful Bill will make it so that gamblers can only deduct 90% of their losses from their taxes, in contrast to the previous 100%.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s an inclusion that Nevada Congresswoman <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegasslotsonline.com\/news\/2025\/07\/03\/nevada-congresswoman-dina-titus-to-fight-for-gamblers-against-big-beautiful-bill\/\">Dina Titus is currently fighting to remove from the legislation<\/a>. She believes it will harm recreational gamblers and destroy the livelihoods of professionals, and is working on a \u201clegislative fix\u201d for the issue.<\/p>\n<p>Stevens said he had spoken with politicians to see if they can return the 100% deduction total. \u201cIt should be a very simple fix, but I know everything gets a little more complicated sometimes than it ought to be,\u201d he said. \u201cThis is good for all our states.
